What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer customer phone calls professionally and provide excellent service
- Liaise with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or issues
- Promptly respond to customer email inquiries and see them through to resolution
- Assign resources for service needs and ensure completion
- Act as backup to the office coordinator and cover the front desk as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior administrative/office experience is a plus
- Must pass a comprehensive background check
