What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Engagement Platforms and associated technologies for clients
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the technology delivery process
- Oversee the implementation of Enterprise Engagement Platforms and related technologies, ensuring alignment with client requirements
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality technology solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of techno-functional experience in Human Resources domain
- Minimum of 4 years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow HRSD and/or Zendesk employee experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a business analyst or functional architect
- Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline
- Deep understanding of Human Resources processes

- Technical implementation of processes on ServiceNow or Zendesk
