      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and oversee clinical research activities and ensure compliance with study protocols
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for study participants and healthcare professionals
      - Collect and manage study data in accordance with regulatory requirements
      - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate the successful execution of clinical trials
      - Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents to relevant authorities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research coordination or related field
      - Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences or healthcare
      - Experience with patient-focused clinical services
      - Familiarity with electronic data capture systems
      - Certification as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) or Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
      - Multilingual skills to communicate with diverse patient populations
