What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high volume of provider and member calls and emails
- Cultivate provider network relationships and ensure best-in-class member experience
- Review, research, and analyze complex fertility-related claims for accurate processing
- Communicate with providers regarding claim payments and required information
- Explain financial responsibilities related to member deductibles and medical billing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Some experience in a healthcare environment; knowledge of the fertility industry preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Salesforce knowledge preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and understand various insurance products
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
- Ability to manage difficult conversations and overcome objections

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Call center experience preferred
- Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes, along with understanding medical terminology
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
