      The Clinic Operations Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the smooth, efficient, and compliant functioning of a healthcare clinic. This role focuses on optimizing business operations, improving organizational effectiveness, and coordinating all functional areas including administration, HR, IT, and patient services.


      Key Responsibilities:


      • Develops and enforces operational policies, procedures, and workflows across all departments
      • Leads the implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with long-term organizational goals
      • Directs day-to-day clinic activities to ensure seamless service delivery and staff performance
      • Oversees hiring, onboarding, and exit processes for team members
      • Supervises staff scheduling, training, development, and overall workforce planning
      • Coordinates adoption and training of new tools, equipment, and technologies
      • Provides regular coaching, performance feedback, and assists with disciplinary measures in collaboration with leadership and HR
      • Addresses facility and administrative issues, including system maintenance and software needs
      • Maintains adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and clinical quality standards
      • Collects, interprets, and shares operational data and financial reports for informed decision-making
      • Collaborates with clinical staff to enhance workflow efficiency and maintain high standards of patient care
      • Acts as the main point of contact with external partners, including legal, accounting, and HR consultants
      • Supports the CEO in shaping the organization's strategic direction based on patient and clinic needs
      • Reviews contracts for consistency and compliance before finalization
      • Manages the clinic's information technology systems and processes
      • Maintains absolute confidentiality of sensitive information
      • Performs other related duties as needed


      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
      • Minimum of 5 years of operational experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
      • Proficiency in Google Workspace and medical practice management systems
      • Solid understanding of healthcare administration principles, including planning, budgeting, and compliance
      • Familiarity with basic accounting and financial procedures
      • Strong decision-making, discretion, and problem-solving capabilities
      • Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate staff toward achieving organizational goals
      • Skilled in workflow analysis, performance improvement, and data-driven decision-making
      • Proven ability to build strong relationships with team members, providers, vendors, and patients
      • Capable of managing multiple priorities with strong organizational and delegation skills
      • Experienced in interpreting and enforcing operational guidelines and procedures
      • Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management abilities
      • Commitment to quality control and service excellence
      • Effective at managing time, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining efficient office systems
