      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the management of inpatient admissions and post-acute cases, ensuring efficiency and compliance
      - Handle incoming clinical documentation and maintain accurate records
      - Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and directing inquiries appropriately
      - Manage appeals oversight and coordinate peer-to-peer reviews with healthcare providers
      - Maintain oversight of regional communications, ensuring timely responses and documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Minimum of 1.5 years of experience, including at least one year in customer service and six months in a healthcare environment
      - Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM MST or PST, including potential weekend rotation
      - Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills

      - Self-motivated with good computer skills
      - Attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications
