What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming phone calls for eating disorder treatment inquiries and return calls in a timely manner
- Collect identification, referral, and insurance information, assessing treatment eligibility based on admissions criteria
- Conduct clinical intake assessments with potential clients and their families, completing bio-psycho-social assessments
- Maintain communications with individuals or families, documenting all interactions thoroughly
- Collaborate with the treatment team to schedule admissions and ensure all intake forms are completed upon admission
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental/behavioral health program admissions
- Strong understanding of insurance terminology and the insurance verification process
- Experience working with client tracking systems, such as Salesforce CRM
- Exceptional detail-oriented skills and strong interpersonal abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in eating disorders program admissions
- Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities
- Familiarity with various software programs and communication technologies
