      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, recruit, and hire top-tier clinical talent including physicians and nurse practitioners
      - Source and interview candidates to align with client staffing needs and culture
      - Build and maintain relationships with placed candidates to ensure ongoing value
      - Work closely with clients to understand their specific staffing requirements
      - Coordinate with internal teams for efficient clinician onboarding and future hiring needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
      - 2-5 years of experience in a full-cycle staffing recruiting role or 1-2 years in a prospecting sales role
      - Proven success in recruiting high-volume roles or making high-volume cold calls
      - Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
      - Experience with an ATS or CRM system
