      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform analysis of clinical workflows and assess system needs and requirements
      - Plan, design, and test systems and interfaces in support of clinical systems and end users
      - Coordinate work efforts with applicable MIS and organizational personnel
      - Train end-users and document troubleshooting activities during systems implementation and maintenance
      - Act as a liaison to physicians and clinical area end users, participating in an on-call rotation as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or an ancillary clinical discipline, or equivalent knowledge and experience
      - Minimum of five (5) years of MIS and/or clinical experience, including three (3) years in a similar role
      - Experience supporting Epic and/or other healthcare information systems
      - PC-based computer skills with proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing applications
      - Must obtain Epic certification and be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19, or have an exemption statement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Technical/programming experience
      - CPHMIS or ANA Nursing Informatics Certification
