What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain application systems while following control processes for change requests and enhancements
- Support existing information systems through problem management and troubleshooting
- Investigate system needs and present recommendations to senior analysts and management
- Serve as a liaison between system vendors and internal departments
- Guide and advise less experienced analysts in applications systems analysis and programming activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree with three years of experience in designing, building, and supporting clinical applications, or five years of experience without an Associate's Degree
- Must obtain EPIC Certification within six weeks of completing Epic training
- Basic understanding of industry requirements and technology application in business environments
- Competent in most phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities
- Ability to work under general supervision and follow guidance in complex phases

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related technology role
- Familiarity with additional clinical applications or systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in training or mentoring less experienced staff
