What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define system scope and objectives based on user needs with minimal supervision
- Analyze and revise existing system logic and documentation as necessary
- Lead projects as assigned by management, serving as a team lead
- Act as a liaison for computer vendors, physicians, and other facilities
- Provide quality assurance review and ongoing education for assigned systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years designing, building, and supporting clinical applications
- Bachelor's degree
- EPIC Certification - Must obtain Epic certification within six weeks of completing Epic training

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a leadership role or providing training to junior analysts
- Familiarity with various healthcare information systems and their applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
