      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Teach primarily in the MSW Online program, with a typical load of four courses in fall and spring semesters and one to two courses in the summer
      - Provide professional advising for MSW Online students as part of service responsibilities
      - Participate in School committees, including faculty, curriculum, admissions, accreditation, and student development
      - Supervise clinical experiences and engage in community service related to social work
      - Contribute to ongoing curriculum development and demonstrate effective teaching practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - An MSW from a CSWE accredited program
      - Minimum of 5 years post-MSW practice experience, with at least two years in direct practice
      - Social Work licensed or license eligible
      - Online teaching experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - A Doctorate degree
      - Clinical licensure
