What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop an in-depth understanding of MRO’s Payer Solutions program
- Own the management, communications, and relationships with assigned provider groups
- Translate technical knowledge to business concepts in client management and communications
- Monitor service desk issues from assigned provider clients and ensure prompt and accurate answers
- Train clients and internal staff on how to use MRO products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- RN, BSN, MSN, or a BS/BA degree is preferred or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 2-year clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience with Electronic Health Records and/or Practice Management software systems
- Detail-oriented and data-driven approach to problem solving
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous management experience
- Experience in data-driven quality improvement projects in a healthcare setting
- Understanding of risk adjustment and medical coding standards
