      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support clinical and regulatory compliance through project leadership and risk identification
      - Develop tools to determine regulatory and accreditation risks
      - Collaborate with business management to create metrics for monitoring compliance objectives
      - Maintain records related to quality improvement and compliance monitoring
      - Assist in training and development activities and serve as a liaison for associates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s level degree in Social Work preferred
      - Active clinical licensure in the State of Virginia (RN, LCSW, LMSW, or LPC)
      - Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience
      - At least one (1) year of experience in quality, regulatory, compliance, accreditation, and/or auditing
      - Knowledge of clinical regulatory requirements and experience with CMS and state regulations preferred

      - Experience in clinical regulatory compliance and accreditation processes
      - Familiarity with risk management strategies in healthcare settings
      - Strong analytical skills for developing compliance metrics
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams
      - Previous experience in behavioral health settings
