  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Leverage clinical experience to design and implement solutions that enhance clinical workflows and efficiency
  - Lead projects in the clinical space, including system builds and solution development

  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field or pharmacy
  - Requires clinical license in specific fields (e.g., Pharmacy, Operating Room, or other clinically intensive environments)
  - Minimum of 7 years of clinical/operational experience in an integrated health system
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Practical experience with EHR and ERP solutions, as well as reporting tools for managing clinical workflows
