      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide critical data support to enhance the quality of patient care within the organization
      - Conduct database management, reporting, data retrieval, and statistical analysis
      - Design and maintain dashboards to present data effectively
      - Support various projects with differing complexity and reporting requirements
      - Collaborate with the Quality Improvement Manager and other team members to improve processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Science, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
      - At least 2 years of clinical data experience, including data analysis
      - 2 years of experience in Information Technology or a related industry
      - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Six Sigma methodologies
      - Familiarity with healthcare settings such as hospitals, labs, or physician offices
      - Proficiency in writing queries in SQL, Snowflake, and PowerBI
