      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect and maintain clinical data through medical records review and communication with healthcare professionals
      - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of inpatient clinical data entry
      - Participate in the analysis of outcome trends and quality assurance measures
      - Develop and implement processes to validate data integrity and compliance with healthcare standards
      - Provide statistical support and data analysis for internal and external projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical specialty area with knowledge of medical terminology and flow sheets
      - Graduation from an accredited nursing school
      - Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Georgia or through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact
      - Strong analytical skills and ability to exercise independent judgment in medical summaries
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with information systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with time and attendance systems, particularly API
      - Level 4 NICU experience highly preferred
      - Proficiency in Epic software for navigating medical documentation
      - Good organizational skills with experience in data management tools like OneDrive
      - Familiarity with database development and maintenance
