      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage operational needs of the Clinical Data Warehouse, including monitoring workflows and performance metrics
      - Oversee the data request queue and project assignments, facilitating communication to ensure timely completion
      - Lead the end-to-end billing and invoicing process, ensuring accurate payment tracking and reconciliation
      - Track and analyze operational information, communicating findings to leadership to inform decision-making
      - Develop and maintain relationships with research clients, ensuring compliance with research regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, project management, public health, or a similar discipline
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT, with at least 1 year managing operational needs of data and/or IT teams
      - Strong organizational, prioritization, and workflow management skills
      - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
      - Working understanding of research data governance, privacy, and compliance standards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of healthcare and/or pharmacy experience preferred
