      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize clinical and coding knowledge to enhance the quality of medical record documentation
      - Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary services to improve documentation practices
      - Identify factors influencing the complexity of patient diagnoses and treatment plans
      - Serve as a Clinical Documentation Integrity resource for healthcare providers
      - Champion the advancement of the Clinical Documentation Integrity program within the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure; BSN preferred
      - Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) with current licensure preferred
      - Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of clinical nursing or advanced practice provider experience in an acute care setting, preferably critical care
      - Basic PC knowledge required, with familiarity in ICD-10-CM Coding Guidelines
      - Understanding of healthcare fiscal management goals and strategies preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the revenue cycle process
      - Knowledge of trends and issues in healthcare reimbursement
      - Advanced clinical competence in critical care settings
