      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct detailed home health and hospice pre-billing reviews to support Portfolio partners and their agencies
      - Identify discrepancies, missing information, and opportunities for documentation improvement
      - Provide education and facilitate alterations to documentation for process improvements
      - Stay current with practices in home health and hospice fields and suggest educational materials
      - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Registered Nurse or related licensure highly preferred
      - 5+ years of experience in the Home Health and/or Hospice environment
      - Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid Regulations
      - Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills
