      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct comprehensive coding audits to ensure accurate and compliant risk-adjusted coding
      - Partner with clinicians and care teams to enhance understanding of risk adjustment principles
      - Perform detailed reviews of provider documentation to ensure accurate assignment of ICD-10-CM codes
      - Develop and deliver training sessions focused on coding best practices and documentation improvement
      - Collaborate with population health teams to track coding completeness and prioritize patient cohorts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Registered Nurse (RN) with current license plus 4 years of inpatient clinical experience in relevant areas
      - OR Coding professional with CCS certification and 6 years of inpatient coding experience
      - Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, HCC models, and CMS risk adjustment guidelines
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC)
      - 2 years of experience in Risk Coding, provider education, or audit experience in a billing coding role
