What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a valid license as a Practical/Vocational Nurse, Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Assistant, Speech Language Pathologist, or Social Worker
- Minimum of 1 year of personal care experience required
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence and motivate personnel who do not directly report to the Documentation Specialist
- Strong organizational skills to meet productivity expectations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in clinical documentation review or quality assurance
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Proven ability to identify educational trends and implement training
- Experience assisting during state audits
- Knowledge of scoring tools for clinical documentation
