      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review inpatient medical records to identify opportunities for improving physician documentation quality
      - Facilitate modifications to clinical documentation through interaction with physicians and healthcare team members
      - Provide education to internal customers related to compliance, coding, and clinical documentation issues
      - Analyze documentation findings and contribute to performance improvement strategies
      - Coach physicians to enhance the accuracy of their clinical documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
      - Minimum of 5 years of recent RN bedside experience in an acute hospital setting
      - Current State of Texas nursing license or temporary/compact license
      - Excellent observation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in computer usage, including database and spreadsheet analysis

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Critical care nursing experience
      - Knowledge of federal, state, and private payer regulations
      - Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
      - Ability to work independently with adaptability and flexibility
