      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct high-level, complex secondary case reviews to ensure accurate provider documentation
      - Collaborate with healthcare team members to improve clinical documentation quality
      - Utilize advanced knowledge of risk-adjustment systems to identify improvement opportunities
      - Complete quality reviews focused on CDI quality elements and patient safety metrics
      - Provide effective communication and collaboration with providers and healthcare team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in related field required; Graduate Degree preferred
      - Current RN or MD required; CCDS or CDIP certification required
      - Minimum of three years recent inpatient clinical documentation improvement (CDI) experience
      - Proficiency with ICD-10-CM/PCS, APR DRG, and MS DRG
      - Experience with mortality, PSI, HAC, or other quality-focused reviews

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in an academic medical center or large health system
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CDI software
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
