What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of healthcare professional training programs at key institutions and virtual seminars
- Manage setup and takedown of equipment to ensure proper storage and support of staff
- Deliver training sessions to healthcare professionals across the United States
- Support live demonstrations and workshops at congresses and training events
- Continuously assess training effectiveness and collaborate on areas for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum two years of experience working in professional healthcare professional education
- Strong communication skills, high motivation, and a solution-oriented approach
- Training and work experience as an endoscopic nurse
- Experience with LMS systems, including LearnUpon and EZ Generator
- Experience training for a medical device company, particularly in endoscopy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with adult learning methodologies and trends in medical education
- Previous experience in delivering peer-to-peer education programs
