What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and design synchronous and asynchronous courses and curriculum
- Edit, update, and refine online course content and ancillary materials
- Teach physical therapy content to internal and external customers
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging course content
- Plan and participate in local and regional industry meetings and trade shows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree or higher in physical therapy
- Active state license to practice physical therapy
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a practicing physical therapist
- Experience as a classroom instructor, trainer, or provider of continuing education
- Knowledge of instructional theory and design, including learning assessment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with the limb loss population
- Proficiency with digital platforms, authoring tools, or learning management systems
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with advanced competence in grammar and technical information delivery
