      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee Clinical and Education Services activities for the local service area
      - Develop and implement educational programs, including orientation and continuing education
      - Conduct clinical quality assurance investigations and document findings
      - Serve as a clinical resource for field and management personnel
      - Schedule and facilitate continuing education programs pertinent to field education needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in the direct delivery of pre-hospital care
      - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Field Training Officer
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Current Paramedic Certifications, including BLS, ACLS, and PALS Instructor certifications
      - Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Quality Improvement concepts and principles
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
      - Experience in developing educational materials and training programs
      - Ability to analyze and evaluate clinical performance data
      - Strong leadership skills in managing training personnel
