Plan, organize, conduct and evaluate educational programs for identified stakeholders including Anaesthetists, Intensivists, Nurses, Biomedical engineers, Surgeons and Registrars
Deliver regular in-services and presentations to customers regarding the products and their clinical applications.
Supports field personnel in providing the best possible outcomes and service for Medtronic customers.
P rovide technical backup during clinical or surgical procedures as required
Partners with clinical team and regional sales teams to promote customer case and sales support
Support with developing workshops and delivering technical product and therapy education to employees and customers, including new hire training and support and recertification
Participates in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness.
Identifies and facilitates execution on growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Team.
Maintain an awareness of the marketplace development needs; working closely with customers and staff to monitor education needs and skills.
A Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or a High School qualification with relevant years of experience
Experience in a clinical setting (eg in-theatre) or within the medical device industry.
Willingness to travel (insert required % of travel requirements) and has a valid driver’s license.
