What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the management of medical equipment service agreements, including contract maintenance and lifecycle management
- Coordinate communication between Clinical Engineering Directors, Supervisors, Clinical Caregivers, and Supply Chain for contract creation and review
- Process amendments, renewals, and expirations of service agreements, ensuring asset history records are updated accordingly
- Monitor authorized service provider performance and conduct annual reviews of contract costs for cost efficiency
- Participate in quarterly business reviews with contracted suppliers and support contract negotiations as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or five years of experience in equipment maintenance contracts, accounts payable, and asset management
- Minimum of three years of experience in a role requiring strategic thinking, problem-solving, and high-level customer service
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management and using various software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Five years of service contract management experience, with two years in Clinical Engineering
- Experience in healthcare capital management, such as sourcing or financial analysis
- Background in financial and data analysis roles
