What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Observe and record patient encounters/examinations
- Document patient information, history, and diagnoses
- Assist in medical management and document medical decision-making
- Consult with the care team and other providers on patient needs
- Perform other duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Commitment to ongoing learning and interest in a full-time opportunity
- Advanced communication skills and ability to type 70+ words per minute
- Basic level of medical knowledge and/or a willingness to learn quickly
- Excellent reliability and ability to take direction as part of a patient care team
- Compliance with hospital and employer policies, including HIPAA

- Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities served
