      Job summary

      This is a Clinical Lead role at Kingsclear Nursing Home, a 97-bedded residential, nursing, and dementia care home in Camberley, Surrey. The Clinical Lead will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of nurses, ensuring excellent quality outcomes and person-centered care for the residents.

      Main duties of the job

      As the Clinical Lead, you will be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, responsible for leading and mentoring a team of nurses. You will strive to deliver excellent quality outcomes and person-centered care, enhancing the residents' well-being with independence and choice. You will be an effective communicator, able to build strong and honest relationships with residents and their families.
