- Work with the Theatre manager to promote new and different ways of working, which will enhance both the endoscopy and day-stay services.
- Support the Endoscopy team to promote a safe and stable service.
- Carry out work to maintain JAG status including audits and have a good understanding of the JAG process.
- Hold quarterly Endoscopy user group meetings in line with JAG process.
- Work flexibly within the unit's current structure to provide stability and future expansion possibilities.
- Provide a high standard of patient care that promotes the patient experience.

Wessex Hospital Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital is a stunning 46 bedded private hospital in West Hampshire with specialisms in Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Urology, Women's Health and Spinal surgery.
