- Provide clinical & professional leadership to the team.
- Use advanced clinical skills to support and advise on service development and the delivery of evidence-based care in partnership with service users, carers, staff, managers, & other agencies

- Educated to Masters Level or Post Graduate advanced clinical/professional qualification and be able to fully demonstrate equivalent knowledge and experience
- Have or be willing to undertake the non-medical prescribing course (V300)
- Specialist/advanced understanding/application of relevant managerial and leadership aspects of the service area
