Job summary

We are looking for an experienced clinician to join us, to Clinically lead our fantastic Therapy Team within the Witney Community Hospital.
Please note this is a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months, to cover maternity leave.
Main duties of the job
Building effective relationships is essential as you will act as a central point of contact for expert knowledge and information for our MDT, patients, their families, and carers. Working closely with the MDT, acute, community and social care partners to ensure that barriers are removed, and problems solved, which allow us to provide an excellent Rehabilitation service, ensuring a safe and timely discharge of patients.
Whichever profession you are from, you will work within your professional function, receiving appropriate supervision and using your unique skills to support both our patients and MDTs progressing our patient's rehabilitation journey through to discharge.
