      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage new hire onboarding from preboarding through client-facing care
      - Support clinical training efforts and assist new hires in understanding their roles
      - Maintain regular communication with new hires via email, phone, and text
      - Ensure onboarding materials are current, relevant, and impactful
      - Collaborate with various departments to monitor new hire progress and performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree required
      - 2 years of HR onboarding administration or training experience required
      - HR experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and be detail-oriented

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox)
      - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
      - Ability to energize and build rapport at all organizational levels
