- Bachelor’s degree in biostatistics, public health, data science/information systems, or equivalent experience (3–5 years)
- 3+ years managing complex healthcare data systems, performing statistical outcome analysis, and building dashboards for clinical or program evaluation
- Advanced in Power BI, SQL, statistical software (R), MS Office.
- Proficient in statistical modeling, trend/outcome analysis, and translating data into actionable program recommendations
- Strong dashboard development, data storytelling, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication, collaboration with clinical/research/IT stakeholders, and strong initiative and adaptability
- Prior experience in supervision or leadership, including training and mentoring team members.
- Ability to translate complex technical and statistical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Previous experience working in interdisciplinary teams within healthcare or research environments.
- Advanced proficiency in health informatics, statistical modeling, and familiarity with machine learning concepts
- Knowledge of recovery services, publishing processes, and higher education environments; prior experience with Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation practices is a plus.

ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Outcomes and Data Analyst serves as the primary manager of data for Family & Children’s (F&C) Services, supporting applied research, evaluation, and reporting initiatives for internal and external stakeholders. This role focuses on advancing data and analytics for F&C programs by gathering, documenting, and translating data requirements into specifications for F&C and enterprise reporting and integration. In addition, the analyst conducts statistical analyses of program outcomes to identify trends, inform operational and clinical improvements, and contribute to peer-reviewed publications. Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, the Butler Center for Research (BCR), and Technology Services, the analyst ensures data is structured, analyzed, and delivered through solutions aligned with organizational goals.
