      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide clinical pharmacy services to members of the employer's health plan
      - Collaborate with medical directors, nurse case managers, and network physicians
      - Conduct direct patient care through Medication Therapy Management program
      - Review pharmacy and medical claims
      - Develop and implement medication action plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Pharm D: Graduate from an accredited College or School of Pharmacy -OR- Bachelor's -OR- Master's Degree in Pharmacy and 5+ years of managed care experience
      - PGY-1 Residency training with 1+ years of relevant practice setting experience -OR- 3+ years' experience as a clinical pharmacist in managed care
      - Oregon Pharmacist License
      - National Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties within 2 years of hire date
      - Experience in writing research protocols and medical papers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Completion of specialty/PGY-2 Residency
      - Experience working with a pharmacy claims processing platform
