      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate services provided by multiple disciplines within and outside the health system
      - Exercise independent judgment in assessment and diagnosis initiation of selected protocols/procedures
      - Provide educational support for patients, significant others, health team members, and the community
      - Coordinate evaluation practices to measure outcomes of programs
      - Ensure compliance with required health and safety protocols

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
      - Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Dietitian (RD), Master Social Worker (MSW), Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist (OTR), Speech Language Pathologist, or Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the State of Michigan
      - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved organization upon hire

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree or equivalent preferred
