      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a portfolio of mobile clinical research projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and cost
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external teams including nurses, sponsors, and vendors
      - Provide study protocol training to nurses and study sites via remote presentations
      - Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues in real-time
      - Oversee nurse performance and approve activities for payment related to mobile research visits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a biological program
      - Two or more years of experience in the clinical research industry or equivalent
      - Two or more years of experience in project management
      - Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office products and ability to travel up to 10% of the time

      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Background in training or mentoring team members
      - Familiarity with risk management practices in clinical settings
