Job Description

- Conduct comprehensive reviews of the outputs of our clinical applications (usually forms of medical record summaries or decision supports), assessing them for accuracy and quality of medical language
- Collaborate with our Customer Operations and Healthcare Industry leaders to develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
- Guide our technical and customer support teams in how to develop and implement applications in customer clinical workflows
- Monitor and track quality metrics, generating reports and presenting findings to management
- Provide training and support to customer support teams on quality assurance processes and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related discipline). Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, including chart review within healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data and documentation
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Gsuite, Slack, Zoom
- Certification in quality assurance (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Manager) is a plus
