      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for investigative sites, providing essential information on clinical trials
      - Conduct site evaluations, training, and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with protocols and regulatory standards
      - Develop and implement site engagement strategies to enhance recruitment and retention of study participants
      - Mentor and train less experienced Clinical Research Associates on various aspects of the role
      - Collaborate with the Central Monitoring team to assess and address study performance and patient safety issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Appropriate tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines (Medical, Scientific, Nursing) preferred
      - Minimum of 1 year of clinically related experience, including at least 6 months in clinical research monitoring
      - Familiarity with risk-based monitoring approaches for investigational drug or device trials
      - Advanced knowledge of local regulatory and legal requirements, ICH/GCP Guidelines, and applicable policies
      - Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills to manage competing projects effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of therapeutic area indications and the ability to apply scientific concepts in clinical trial conduct
      - Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills among internal and external stakeholders
      - Advanced ability to leverage technology and tools to support site health
      - Strong presentation skills and ability to establish trusted partnerships with site staff
      - Self-motivated with a focus on delivering quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
