      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain the clinical research roadmap for assigned projects, collaborating across departments to create project plans
      - Lead the design, planning, and execution of assigned clinical studies, including site selection and protocol development
      - Build strong relationships with internal and external study site partners to enhance research methodologies and data sources
      - Ensure compliance with applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs) in all research activities
      - Manage multiple research projects simultaneously while prioritizing effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completed a bachelor’s degree
      - 2-5 years of experience in Clinical Research with direct involvement in health services and outcomes research
      - Understanding of NIH grants and budget and funding sources
      - Extensive experience in study design and writing clinical study protocols and other study materials for IRB submission
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - BA/BS or Master's degree in related disciplines such as Public Health, Pre-medicine, or Biostatistics
      - Experience with SBIR or NIH grants as a study sponsor
      - Familiarity with AI/algorithm development processes
      - Knowledge of cardiovascular, pulmonary, and vascular diseases
      - Experience in medical device research or software as a medical device
