What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate various aspects of research projects, including IRB submissions and participant recruitment
- Conduct study visits and collect data in accordance with study protocols
- Ensure timely submission of study data to sponsors
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for research studies
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve research goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School education or equivalent, with consideration for three years of related post-high school education/experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience related to healthcare, laboratory, and/or clinical research
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant coursework or specialized training related to biological sciences, healthcare, laboratory, and/or clinical research
- Phlebotomy certification, or willingness to obtain
- Prior experience with IRB and clinical research processes
- Familiarity with Epic, the campus patient information system
- Additional training or experience in healthcare-related fields
