What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify documentation of consent and eligibility criteria for clinical research protocols
- Enroll patients as required by study sponsors and internal monitors
- Monitor patient participation and ensure compliance with study protocols
- Complete data entry and maintain electronic research files for all enrolled patients
- Facilitate communication between the clinical team and study sponsors regarding protocol clarifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in clinical research
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- High degree of computer literacy and familiarity with clinical research protocols
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electronic medical records and data management
- Proven ability to manage communications effectively within a clinical research setting
- Familiarity with institutional and federal regulations governing clinical research
