What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent in Healthcare, Science, or a related field

- Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of clinical research practices and principles
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Science, or a related field
- Experience with completing Case Report Forms (CRFs) and creating source documents
- Familiarity with ophthalmology terminology
- Ability to independently evaluate clinical data
