What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work on multiple trials in Oncology
- Focus on quality of life with regional travel
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members
- Act as a lead for study training and development
- Develop site start-up documents for studies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a B.S., R.N., or equivalent degree, preferably in Biological Sciences
- 1-3 years of experience in monitoring pharmaceutical industry clinical trials
- 1-3 years of experience monitoring Oncology trials
- Knowledge of several therapeutic areas
- Analytical/risk-based monitoring experience is an asset
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and local regulatory requirements
- Ability to travel up to 50%
