What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and oversee the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites, ensuring compliance with protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations
- Coordinate activities necessary for study setup and monitoring, including identifying investigators and preparing regulatory submissions
- Manage 2-3 protocols on average and support Project Managers with larger trials
- Directly interact with clients, initiate payments, and participate in proposal activities
- Identify potential study risks and propose mitigation strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2+ years CRA experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry for CRA II consideration; 4+ years for Sr. CRA
- Experience in monitoring oncology studies
- Availability for domestic travel, including overnight stays, up to approximately 50-60%
- Fluency in English; proficiency in the local language is required for non-English speaking countries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with clinical trial designs and complex disease states
- Familiarity with advanced biomarker and data analytics solutions
- Ability to develop and deliver client presentations effectively
- Experience in conflict resolution strategies within a clinical setting
