      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and manage the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites, ensuring compliance with protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations
      - Coordinate activities necessary for study setup and monitoring, such as identifying investigators and preparing regulatory submissions
      - Work with 2-3 protocols on average while supporting Project Managers with larger trials
      - Interact directly with clients, initiate payments, and participate in proposal activities including development and client presentations
      - Identify potential study risks and propose solutions for mitigation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years CRA experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry for CRA II; 4+ years for Sr. CRA
      - Experience in monitoring cardiology and/or Lupus
      - Availability for domestic travel including overnight stays, up to approximately 50-60% travel commitment
      - Fluency in English; local language proficiency required for non-English speaking countries

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional experience in complex disease states or advanced clinical trial designs
      - Familiarity with advanced biomarker and data analytics solutions
      - Strong conflict resolution skills and experience in study startup activities
      - Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
      - Demonstrated strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
