What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first-line supervision to research staff and oversee day-to-day operations
- Facilitate the new hire process and performance evaluations for research personnel
- Manage data entry responsibilities and ensure compliance with research protocols
- Collaborate with clinical research managers to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures
- Track research subject appointments and ensure accurate data documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field required; Master's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of research-related experience and 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in designing clinical research protocols
- Established rapport with investigators and sponsors
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Familiarity with current clinical research trends
- Ability to mentor and train subordinate staff
