      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage clinical study sites from start-up to closure
      - Conduct site training and perform on-site, remote, and centralized monitoring
      - Develop and review essential study documents and assist with protocol design
      - Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and maintain study files
      - Recognize and resolve data discrepancies and compliance issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or Graduate degree in life sciences, nursing, or a related health discipline
      - Minimum five years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
      - Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH/GCP guidelines governing clinical trials
      - Excellent professional writing and oral communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Current certification as a Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) or Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP)
      - Demonstrated ability to independently lead study or department projects
      - Experience in relevant therapeutic areas such as Electrophysiology or Vascular Interventional Cardiology
      - Proficient knowledge of medical terminology
      - Strong time management and organizational skills
